How to integrate Emtron KV ECU with HTG tuning GCU using preset.
GCU uses predefined CAN bus preset to easily integrate with Emtron ECU with just two wires connected (CAN-H and CAN-L). Emtron ECU definition can be found in General Settings, ECU section.
HTG GCU can both transmit and receive stream to and from Emtron. Preset contains all data required to use TORQUE INPUT strategy (found in General Settings). Engine torque transmitted is scaled in [Nm].
GCU to Emtron communication is handled also via CAN preset – below photo shows which messages are used and how are they scaled.
