Defines target DBW position during BLIP (downshift) procedure executed by DBW modifier.
If current DBW position is lower than DBW BLIP target position the actual DBW position will be increased over ramp-in time to the target position. If current DBW position is higher than targeted during shift, the DBW position will be reduced instantly target position and later restored over ramp-in time.
Y-axis is deltaRPM meaning that it’s updated along shift progress as deltaRPM between current and target RPM changes.
