Defines time in milliseconds how long is PREFILL PRESSURE held until clutch transitions (FALL / RISE) commences.
Too low value won’t allow clutch to reach prefill pressure. Too high value will delay shift increasing input lag, will cause extensive heat distribution and overlap feeling.
