Definition of transmission gear ratios. MANDATORY parameter!
Various transmissions have various gear ratios, therefore this table has to contain actual gear ratios to allow GCU proper slip calculation and clutch control.
Gear ratios are provided in data sheet of the transmission or if using custom gears in manufacturer’s documentation.
Some transmissions have TWO final ratios like dq250. In such case table has to be filled with calculated ratios to one final ratio. For example 1-4 gears of dq250 have 4.8 final ratio and 5-6 use 3.6 final ratio. Enter 1-4 gears ratio as (gear’s final ratio ” * “gear ratio”)/”gear ratio A” (f. eg. (4,8*1,89)/4,8 ) Enter 5-6 gear ratio as (gear’s final ratio ” * “gear ratio”)/”gear ratio A” (f.eg. (3,6*1,04)/4,8 ) Ratio used to calculate should be also filled in General Settings DIFF RATIO
