Actual for 1.1.3 CLOSED LOOP release
Fully standalone wiring of Porsche PDK transmission does not require ANY internal modifications – whole connection is handled with external loom that has 2 connectors for PDK, one Molex for HTG GCU and additional spare branch connectors (for purpose of this wiring instructions it is Deutsch DT X pos connector).
It is mandatory to use HTG PDK converter board to be able to control PDK transmission.

PDK uses two different main connectors. Connector A is 16-pin connector while Connector B is 20-pin connector.

Branches should be split in Y shape allowing each branch to freely tilt and should be around 20cm long each. OPTIONALLY: using original flywheel additional branch can be added to get CRANK POSITION (input shaft speed) signal from flywheel sensor that’s mounted in bellhousing from factory. It can be obtained from different source but has to be connected to FREQ_in4!
Additionally GCU needs to be fed with additional signals so we suggest using two Deutsch DT connectors: 4 PIN and 12 PIN
